A Not-Very Pleasent Flight with Batik Air ID 6346 (CGK-SRG)

Absoluetly yes !. I arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure. After passing first security check , one of Batik Air personal assistant greet me and introducing herself. Her name was Ani.
